By accessing or using SkillMK ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform aggregates and displays Agent Skills from GitHub's open-source community, offering browsing, search, categorization, and ranking features.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Platform.

02 Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

You are legally eligible to use this type of service in your jurisdiction.
You access the Platform as an individual or a lawful organization, and your use complies with local laws and regulations.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or team, you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

03 Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with the following conduct rules. The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

Automated bulk scraping or crawling of Platform data at frequencies exceeding reasonable use.
Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation, including but not limited to DDoS attacks and SQL injection.
Using Skill data displayed on the Platform for any illegal activities or actions that infringe on the rights of others.
Building competing products or services directly based on Platform data without authorization.
Impersonating the Platform or spreading false information about it.

The Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access for any of the above violations.

04 Data Sources & Copyright

All Skill content displayed on SkillMK (including names, descriptions, code, SKILL.md files, etc.) is sourced from public GitHub repositories. The Platform does not own the copyright to this content.

All displayed content is copyrighted by the original authors or governed by their associated open-source licenses. The Platform only indexes, organizes, and displays content, and endeavors to attribute original authors.

Please note the following when using content from this Platform:

Each Skill's source repository may carry different open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). Please review the repository's License file before use.
The Platform's search results, classification system, ranking algorithms, and UI design are SkillMK's original creations and are protected by intellectual property law.
When citing or reproducing Skill content from this Platform, please respect the original author's copyright and credit the source.

05 Intellectual Property

The design, code, brand identity, data classification system, and UI components of the SkillMK Platform itself (excluding GitHub-sourced content) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the SkillMK team. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written authorization is prohibited.

Normal use of Platform features (e.g., searching, browsing, copying Skill content for personal or development purposes) is not subject to the above restrictions.

06 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including but not limited to:

GitHub：GitHub: The source of all Skill data; access is governed by GitHub's own Terms of Service.
Claude / Anthropic：Claude / Anthropic: One of the primary use cases for Skills; governed by Anthropic's usage policies.
Other AI Platforms: SkillMK is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms, and SkillMK bears no liability for their actions.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillMK expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content displayed on the Platform.
The availability or performance of any Skill on a specific AI platform (e.g., Claude, GPT).
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillMK and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Any loss caused by using or being unable to use the Platform's services.
Any business or data loss resulting from reliance on Skill content displayed on the Platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data (provided SkillMK has taken reasonable security measures).
The actions or content of any third party in channels related to the Platform.

09 Termination

SkillMK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason (including violation of these Terms), without prior notice.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall remain in effect.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after revised terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated content.

Significant changes will be communicated to users via announcements or page notifications within the Platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest terms.
